This is part six of our KTM 690 & Husqvarna 701 complete engine rebuild. In this video, we finish up the engine build by installing the rebuilt motor back into the chassis of our motorcycle. Great series. I am a long way off from an overhaul but watched the whole thing to see how my bike is put together and how it works. Great content.
Great info. Really well produced video. Approx how much time does the engine removal from the frame and reinstall process take overall...assuming an experienced mechanic was doing it. I'm trying to decide whether to do it myself or have a shop do it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Where the exhaust port and exhaust meet is there a spacer bushing on both sides or just the left side ?
