Platinum is the king of awesome games nobody buys and never get a sequel. *The Wonderful 101* is still their ultra masterpiece and nobody even knows what it is. This is completely on us. We were given multiple chances and we have squandered them. Only ourselves to blame. WE fucked up.
its a miracle that the game released and it still managed to be this polished, there were SO MUCH plans for this game you could see it in the concept arts for this game its just soooooooo sad that we never got to see what this could've been
Unrelated question but do y’all think there used to be different clans before the Cybertronians decided to live together in a city? Like different factions based on what the Transfomer could shift into. Like the Car Faction, the Truck faction, the combiner faction, stuff like that
Not necessarily factions, but more like “genetic factors”. Combiners are born, made or converted to be able to combine, due to Nexus Prime. Technically there are sub factions such as the Insectocons, Dinobots, and the names of the combined teams. Also the Minicons and Beast transformers
I don't like that the size of the Combiners is much larger than they really should be (for example, in the case of Menasor, the arms - cars - are larger than Optimus Prime).
Easily the best game about Transformers... maybe the only, but it is SPOT ON! Just wish we had even more opportunity to play additional Autobots and Decepticons. G1 forever
welp there are rumor about microsoft giving attention to the transformers games so there is a chance of a re-release or even better sequels if we were lucky enough

There should have been a sequel to this game where the autobots and the Decepticons had to team up against Nova Prime and a new batch of cybertronians. Characters you can play as should have been for the Autobots Optimus Prime Cliffjumper Jazz Ironhide For the Decepticons it should have been Megatron Soundwave Starscream Blitzwing And they're should be special levels where you can play as the combiners
Did Menasor just pulled off an Obari pose? Edit: Also Bumblebee...same VA as Miguel O'Hara/Spider-Man 2099 from Shattered Dimensions. Edit2: Was that Optimus Maximus at the end on a screen in the Ark? And shame there's no sequel where you go after Nova Prime...
Also bumblebee is the same voice actor as Peter Parker/Spider-Man from Spider-Man and his amazing friends and yes he is the OG bumblebee voice from generation one
Guys, am I the only one who thinks that they should make a similar game based on G.I. Joe? They should make a game based on "G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero" with the style of the cartoon like this one. Only the emphasis would be on firearms instead of melee combat. And of course, a rock soundtrack! It would be the best game in the franchise, as cool as "Transformers: Devastation". Who agrees?

So there is nobody but us to blame for there being no continuations. We didn't make our friends, family, collegues buy them. And now this is what we get. Hideki Kamiya left the company.
Would have been better if there was combiner vs combiner battle.. not that lame sht level of Bee defeating Menasor all by himself😆😆 so many misses with this game.
To this day, I am sad we never received a sequel. 😔

Fun fact:In the games files,there’s fully textured and animated Rat bat npc,but for some reason Platinum games don’t add him to the game

I noticed that too. The combiners are oversized. The Menasor and The Devastator are massive.
Triptycon is so tall.
I prefer that, it makes them a bigger threat since they are still robots who can transform into things that are smaller than they are.
I remember getting 100% and platinum trophy of this game. Definitely one of the hardest, if not the hardest game to platinum.
