- Ehren's truck rips! The truck handled phenomenally on its first shakedown run and will only get better as things are fine tuned. We are all very happy with the outcome!

@@WingsWorldChannel Will do! I also plan to take it down to California in April (I’m in Utah) and rip it down there in Ocotillo Wells, and the other great locations I’ve seen you and others go to in the south.

My harbor freight jack makes a ton of noise too. It’s not even the mount I made, it’s the actual jack. Surprised the pro eagle makes noise too. Nice work tho !

Once that thing gets re-geared, that thing will be a lot more fun. I had a build similar to that and once I put in 4.88’s it was a whole new animal

I'm 57 and since I was 14 with a friend that put enough lift on an old 2wd Jeep to fit 44 inch Gumbo Monster Mudders on it, I've dreamed of building a 2wd Chevy with 44' tires. But for a while now I've think I want to go the Prerunner route with at least 40's on it. I have gotten a ton of info from your channel and Kibbetech's. You do a great teaching job. I was wondering what PROGRAMS do you use to DESIGN the parts you build. Please keep putting out the great information. I will be starting this summer building my 2wd 2006 "Cateye" 1500 Silverado into a prerunner. I will also be getting another "Cateye" 4wd to lift high enought to fit up to 56" tires on it for running in mud and snow. I live in Ohio.

This thing is absolutely killer! How well would a short course set up tow? I've got a truck on deavers and 3.0 bypasses but wanting the rear to work a little better. Would the short course setup be able to tow similar to deavers? Obviously not setting any towing records here but I do pull my Sxs with the truck some. Would love to see a side by side video with this truck and a leaf spring truck showing off this setup! Awesome content as always!

What's up guys. My question doesn't pertain to this video but curious what you have used to box in a frame? Starting my build with a 00 Tundra and figured it's a decent place to start. Would 1/8" be sufficient or something a bit thicker?

You know I have been thinking this Prerunner does not excite me as much as others you have featured it looks to ordinary stock looking, with a Prerunner part of the excitement is derived from it's outwards appearance does not look like it is capable of keeping up with the others. It looks too tame.
