I had my older Dewalt 2=1/2" cut cap bandsaw stolen and the office replaced mine with this Atomic bandsaw. At first I was a bit upset about not getting a like for like tool replacement and being accustomed to the feel of my old one I was not very thrilled about the my new Atomic model. It quickly grew on me and realized that for what I need it to do it's more than enough and much lighter and agile. Great tool in that line for Dewalt. You really have to know what model tool you need depending on day to day tasks & demands

How do you adjust the blade tracking? I just got this saw and it’s vibrating like crazy cutting emt. I tried putting on a new blade and it’s still doing the same thing. Pretty disappointed.

This is a nice saw. I got one but to be really honest , I also have the 5 inch one and I use the larger one a lot more than I do this 1 3/4 inch one. I think I only used it 2 times since I had it. A little more money for the larger one but you can cut small objects and larger objects. The small one your limit to what you can cut. But both are nice saws. By the way, I only have Dewalt tools.

What is the blade size for this saw? Home depot site says 32 7/8" which is the same as the bigger capcity older brushed compact model thats 2.5 inch capacity. Doesn't seem to make sense unless the saw is the same size with a smaller cutting throat which would be weird cuz it should be smaller saw

A coworker of mine has the m12 and it works awesome. I just bought the dewalt atomic and it seems to have more power, but m12 is considerably lighter. Both cut amazing though.
