It is low heat and slow cooking and lots of patience which was soul of Indian cooking. In this hurried world, many do not have time to cook and enjoy. Great cooking. RAJ
Yes it is true that making the citric food in peetal utensils is not good for health but tomatoes will not become poisonous from cooking with peetal pan. How ever peetal can react with the acid in tomatoes, which can lead to unpleasent flavour . But we imdiately remove food from peetal utensils which contain citric
