Started watching today, just loving your recipes and the awesome comments on your videos as well however I've done alot of research on ayurveda and nutrition and as per that we should not throw away the water in which we soak pulses, we throw most of the nutrition that way. Started watching today, just loving your recipes and the awesome comments on your videos as well however I've done alot of research on ayurveda and nutrition and as per that we should not throw away the water in which we soak pulses, we throw most of the nutrition that way. Just telling.
