  • Hi friends
Just a little thought, when you’re watching my videos on the sequences of the dishes I’m eating, please take note. Since most of the dishes were ‘Ta Pau’ you’d have noticed that I used my own bowls, plates and cutlery to contain the dishes. This means the actual presentations of the dishes might differ from mine and hence won’t do justice to the actual dishes. Therefore please use a little of your imagination to visualize on how the dishes would be presented in the way the outlets would do. Also you will see some footages of people not wearing face masks. Please be reminded that those were either old or borrowed footages shot before the pandemic, nothing to do with the current SOP. As always, please support our street food and do stay safe. Thank you

Once a week makan is okay. Some how, I dunno why half of the sellers who sells Asam Laksa will have Curry Mee or Prawn Mee too. My knowledge on food origin is blur or which races that is came from. Actually i'd come across 2 more outlets selling fried laksa also in Klang Valley, but can't recall name n place @ the moment.
If U haven't try Laksa Utara, give it a shot, think U'll like it ... no prawn paste and use real rice noodles not laifun. "Man Laksa Utara" (name of vendor) is simple but good, cost Rm5 only!
I think reason for "Well Cook Gourmet" fd laksa dropped standard is when they hike up price, they increase size alittle, carbo base only. Nothing else ... so the sambal, condiments, toppings not so balance. Save yourself the effort, they don't cater to more sambal request. Perhaps boss may in your case coz U are doing write-up.
