Another awesome video - thank you Elmo! Appreciate the backstory to each meal you showcase and the behind-the-scenes story for some of the hawkers/restaurants .
Love watching your channel especially the history info part. With the gradual opening of economic activity under Recovery Phase, looking forward for more interesting contents in future, hopefully other interesting foods from other districts in Klang Valley.
An Extra Big thank you for your, sometimes very difficult, efforts for all the wonderful videos. Everyone that l shared loved them. As a die hard fan of lpoh KSHF, l agreed that the lpoh soup and the hor fun is really special.

Again thank you Elmo for a great and comprehensive coverage of Kai Si Sar Hor Fun in PJ and it's adjacent areas. I like your comments and they were expressed as exactly when you tasted the KSSHF from each of the individual stores / restaurants. As for me- an authentic bowl of KSSHF that comes in with a dash of prawn / crab roe "fried óil'' will surely complement and make the dish complete. Unfortunately it will be costly and nowadays , it can only be prepared home cooked as it will be too expensive to sell it for the public with fried crab / prawn roe ' reddish oil' .
Thanks Elmo for another good video. Don't miss out the Pinggiran Subang area, a short 10 min drive from Subang airport. Some of the stalls here are quite good, the Lam Mee, Prawn Mee, KSHF, steam chicken ... etc

Hi elmo, I've been watching your episode since it began, and would like to thank you for the research and in depth history where all these Chinese cooking comes from. For this episode of Kai si hor fun, I am alittle amused as your title should be recommending 'best' restaurants/stall selling it however there are 2 which you criticized. Well, if you don't like it, you shouldn't put it up with your best 8. Looking forward to your next video thanks
Thanks keat I included them coz they were the people's favorite thats why I approached them in the first place but upon tasting their dishes I was disappointed so I spoke the truth, also i wanted to determine if I was the odd one out. However this was my verdict on the KSHF although I praised their other dishes. Not everyone have to agree with me
I do recall that I suddenly got the high temperature at Ipoh Noodle Section 17 when I first stopped by there for the 1st time and I asked to be scanned again. Maybe you wanna make sure your temperature is correct as the faulty temperature scanner was used at that time like last year

I have noticed the presenter only covered the old money pj areas mostly and not the new pj towns such as ara, kota, perdana, mutiara dsara, 1u, pjs, sunway and further south of puchong. Granted, there may not be that many great foods to be found there, and travel distance could hindrance his efforts. But gems are meant to be hidden in unusual places. Maybe he should start asking "where best in greater pj....(said)...chicken rice" and wait for feedbacks from viewers and then do a coverage for such iconic food offering.
Dear Elmo, today 25/09/2021 I have visited Bangsar Restoran Sun Huat Kee, the KSHF by the curry mee stall is very good. Perhaps you can visit this Bangsar Lucky gardens for review on all the foods.
