0:27 the expression change is literally so raw, it's animated so well. i can actually FEEL the fury in her eyes.
Facts
i love this so much your expressions really capture the intense feelings of the characters! you can really see talia's grief turn to blind rage while moth's turns from intense guilt to terror and shame
I love how Talia and Rain are both shades of blue while Moth is red, the opposite of blue, really shows how alienated they feel
the expressions? the way the blood was animated?? this is sublime!! i love this!!

I’m thinking Talia’s kit [rain] died and she was unable to properly process grief, and started projecting feelings of hatred towards Moth because she felt that Moth was only there to try to replace rain and she’s upset over her kit’s “replacement”?
I know next to nothing abt these characters but this is so beautifully animated !!! And very intrigued abt them
according to vonnie, moth accidentally killed rain while they were play-fighting! he grew a lot faster than most kits so he was unaware of his own strength and one day accidentally broke her neck
rain was talia’s favorite out of her kits so she took it pretty hard even though he didn’t know any better and genuinely didn’t mean to hurt her

I’m a beginner animator, and all I have is FlipaClip, (which is not great for details,) so I was wondering what you use/suggest for mobile devices! I use an iPad and I have an Apple Pencil.
I’m open to any suggestions from anyone!
i use clip studio paint EX but you might be better off using pro, it has an animation feature and i don’t think it’s quite as intimidating as EX. however both are pricy but they go on sale fairly often. there was a huge thing about payments for updates (bleh) but if you stick with the version you paid for i think you’ll be fine? like, i don’t think the updates are mandatory. i’m not super familiar with programs for mobile devices but i know CSP does work on them. maybe not the best for beginners, it’s just what i’m most familiar with haha (good lord i just said “but” a million times)
