    Have you been playing 2D6 Dungeon? How many levels deep have you gone?

    Thanks for making this my friend. Enjoying watching you create your character. I'm pleased you're not reading ahead in the tables...makes it more fun!

      Cheers Toby! For sure - it's all about the surprise!
      I'm not only being surprised by the contents of the various tables but by the very existence of some tables 😁 'wow - I can't believe there is a whole table for chests found in the corners of cells' or whatever it might be!

      @@lone_adventurer lol yes, I had tables coming out of everywhere.

    Don't blame me for potential bad dice in the forthcoming episodes!! 🤣 Been waiting for this, and looking forward to Pt2! Cheers for the shout-out!!

      Haha, well I'm blaming you anyway 😜 No worries - as has frequently been the case, watching your videos was a significant part of my process of learning how to play!

    Cheers Lone Adventurer Dude. I backed this game too. I'm at level 5 right now. Fn love this game. It is definitely my favorite at the moment. 🤟

    I agree on learning weapons. You might learn to use say an arming sword and shield or a messer but that would leave you out to sea with a long sword as the principles are the same but the finer techniques are specific to each weapon.

      It's a nice touch and something that I didn't think about before.

    So far, I've only played level 1 with the pdf. I'm waiting for my books and cards to arrive to get serious with it.

    Thanks for a great video. I've only played 2d6 Dungeon once but made it all the way to level 10 and legendary status. I posted the map in the FB group :-)

    I'm so happy watching people play this game! Great character name too :) I've had I think 4-5 characters and I'm on level 3 with my current delver.

      @lone_adventurer  ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh cool - so you had some characters die, I guess? I'm glad to hear the game can sometimes be punishing - makes it more fun 🙂

    • @jonio38
      @jonio38 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@lone_adventurer yes, I think 2 died and then some of the original rules changed for my first character so it was just easier to start a new one. It does make it more exciting to get further after having died a few times.

    I've been through 4 dungeon levels and one in lairs, and I often forget to add the xp I've earned.

      Yup easily done! Just finished the final video in the series and forgot to add on xp again!!

    Hi buddy, can you recommended any software or printing service for cards. I have the physical copys of the Lair expansion along with its digital counterpart, and the digital copy of the haunted house expansion. Im trying to find away to get the additional monster cards printed to add to my deck but I cant work out how to order the pages so they print with the back and front images correctly...... Any advice would be massively appreciated.
    Also, do you have plans to play 2D6 Realm when it comes out? Ive backed it on Kickstarted after this video got me onto 2D6 dungeon ( you have a lot to answer for :D )

    • @lone_adventurer
      @lone_adventurer  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi there! Here in the UK, I use Doxzoo for my printing. They don't print cards. They may print double sided onto card, though your pdf would have to be formatted perfectly.
      I just print onto A4 and then stick the fronts and backs together manually, cutting out the cards afterwards. Going 'full print and play' is a bit of a commitment, but worth it, I think. Feel free to email me if you want more info.
      Unfortunately, I didn't back 2D6 Realms - just had to accept I probably wouldn't have time to play it anyway 🙂

      David, I "cheat" when making print-and-play cards. I just print the files out on better-than-average Letter or A4 paper, then cut out the "cards". I then sandwich an ordinary playing card between the printed "card" fronts and backs, and slip the resulting sandwich into a card sleeve. Not professional quality, sure, but very usable, and relatively cheap.

    • @lone_adventurer

      Probably the cards make the game a little easier to play 🙂 hope watching my playthrough helps - it's quite a smooth game to play once you get into it!

      Not too sure! The Kickstarter is still delivering, no doubt the game will eventually be available via the designer's website, linked below.
      I'd recommend either joining the Facebook group or following the game on boardgamegeek, then you'll definitely find out when it becomes more widely available.
      Also, the pdfs for the rulebook and level 1 are available for free in the places mentioned above!
