After finding 5 other 18 minute plus videos, I find this gem. You are my Thor to the bloated Thanos-sized youtubes. ( the in-shape one, not the out of shape in the second to last movie )
What about calcium lactate? You should call out Chloride in the pink Himalayan sea salt. It’s an electrolyte. Also, you need about 3,700 mg of potassium each day. My electrolyte source has 1,000 mg per serving which seems more in line with daily needs
@Bobby T i hoped you’d enjoy that. While I’ve completely overhauled my eating habits and realize the incredible benefits, I will still occasionally enjoy tastes from the past.
Not sure how their potssium chloride supplement taste but their potssium citrate taste so ridiculously terrible like I've tried every supplement under the sun and taste so bad. So I suppose my question is if the potssium chloride tastes okay?
Potassium chlorode is a salt, in the scientific sense. But when most people say "salt" outside of a chemistry setting, they specifically mean sodium chloride (table salt). All good electrolyte mixes have potassium chloride as well as sodium chloride.

Fantastic work mate. Saving everyone an absolute fortune overall. Keep up the work. Thank you 👍
Shouldn't we be using magnesium glycinate for better absorption? I've read that magnesium bisglycinate is best
Thanks guy. Been looking for diy electrolyte drinks. They can be expensive so this is great. Just came down with gout again because of low potassium.
Yea I like the branded stuff (lmnt, skratch, bpn etc) but this is so much cheaper
Best quantitative protocol on yt. Thanks!
Use Redmonds Real Salt. It's also a pink sea salt sourced from a family owned mine in Utah.
I just made my first batch. Thanks for the recipe.
Glad to help!
Awesome short video. Thank you, sir!❤
Thanks! This is exactly what I needed. Too many instructions with lemon, honey, etc...
Brilliant! Many Thanks
Thank you for this!

Thanks a bunch found/ made this mixture a while back, but forgot to write down recipe for future use.😉
How did you figure out that you should use a teaspoon for a serving? Can you run through the math? Thanks for the video.
Thank you
Seems like Amazon is sold out on all the three ingredients lol
walmart & amazon
Why is the calcium missing?
This would help me extremely if it was in US measurements.Because i'm eighty four years old and I still don't know anything about the new measurements

Here's a link to an inexpensive food scale. Hope this helps!

I don't find the taste to be bad at all. I taste the salt more than anything tbh
You can add some lemon or lime juice to it …or maybe a little OJ tho I don’t drink that stuff.
We may have here a classic case of “ taster/ non-taster”. It’s a genetic thing. Explanation too long to give here.😊
Curious, are u using a mic for this vid? Or just the regular mic from the phone? Thanks in advanced
No just my android phone mic
Also,so half a teaspoon would be half a packet of the LMNT correct?
Yes that would be the approximate dosage!
Can you use redmonds sea salt? 8m guessing yes
Definitely don't see why not! I'm not a scientist though
Why are you adding potassium chloride ? Isn’t that salt?

I'll be dead by the time you get done.
