Full story (for anyone who cares): There was a runner going under the name Paystime, Now the main speedrun mod of 60 Seconds! and other Robot Gentlemen games, MixMega_Craft, had gone out of his way to not verify Pays record of 10:13 for 5 months, out of pure spite for god knows why. But the bottom line is that Eazy never had the record, Pays always had the record but was not verified for 5 months. This isnt the only time Mega had gone of his way to outwardly attack Pays. A few months back when Pays first uploaded his first run, Mega was able to convince everyone in the community (including me) that Pays had cheated on his record, It took a 3rd party to verify that paystime had not cheated and had took 1st place in reatomized (a position he had stolen from me). Maybe the reason mega has this spite is due to thinking he's a cheater, But even after pays had been cleared up by multiple people Mega still held a gruge for no reason at all. Please do not harrass anyone, please.

Imagine thinking you’re going for a ending, and accidentally get a other ending that achieved a world record almost 2 minutes faster than the current one
For the most part, Mary Jane is useless. Unless Mutant Mary Jane is created. Then she is the most useful, as she can scavenge back to back and doesn't need water. Speed running for the quickest ending can be completed more easily without (Mutant) Mary Jane, but for challenges like surviving 100 or 200 days, she is extremely important.
Honestly if you and Jay collab to speedrun this game it would be amazing. You can bring the speedrun aspects and he can bring in the strategy aspects; it would be a dream collab!
The fact that he did a speedrun on one of my favorite games to earn a world record for it, makes me like Eazy even more for playing an old underrated gem of a game
the sequel is okay to me, but the og will always be better purely because of a lower randomization risk the og also freaks me out LMAO so yet another plus, it really sets the mood

Especially with taking too long to finish, only to either win or lose depending on your luck and choices since you have to find a planet to win the game, plus lack of new content for it made it less popular, after all that, Robot Gentlemen knew that 60 seconds is what people played the most and decided to focus on giving new updates and challenges to that game instead of 60 parsecs

Hi Easyspeezy, I’m glad that you Speedrunned this game as I think it’s underrated. Also, if you need any ideas for other games to speedrun than I would recommend 60 parsecs. It’s a point and click survival game made by the same developers as 60 seconds where you try and survive in space while trying to direct you and your crew into a good ending on various different planets or in space

I'd just like to point out Timmy does not have a greater chance of survival or bringing back more items. This was confirmed by the developers in a TH-cam video. It's a pretty popular misconception. Just pointing it out. :)

I'm confident this is false/incomplete information as Timmy does return much faster from expeditions therefor he brings more items back, anyone who plays the game regulary can notice it, try doing this same speedrun with Mj and it's a pain, so please do not spread even more missinformation as people could get confused by what the devs meant vs reality

Heres all the endings I remember: -twins -government -last member dies -kids left with no parents -last member goes crazy and leaves the bunker -cats take over -last member scavenges and bunker gets taken over in the process -bandits attack -crazy cat lady (dolores alone wirh all the cats) -scientist ending -VIP ending with the agents -tricked out car ending
If anyone is wondering: a character can survive around 20 days while sick/injured/insane. When they are about halfway to dying/leaving, their status when you click on them will change, and insane characters will break an item. The status "sick" will change to "diseased", the status "injured" will change to "agony", and the status "insane" will change to "deranged".

Timmy is GREAT, today I was playing, I sent Timmy out with a hunting gun (no ammo I forgot), a suitcase and a gas mask and he COOKED Here’s what I got: 4 water, 6 soup, a bug spray, map and scout book. I gave 4 waters that I got from Timmy to the vips and I got saved by the vips at day 87. Ted was a example of growing up, he was normal, then he got older, older, hurt, then turned into a skeleton, life example, it was my first run, I didn’t know I was that good at the game
This was such a cool game back during its peak, funny how lenient the game is as far as rationing goes, makes those old videos of people feeding n watering every other day and just barely cutting it close kinda comical
