This game is so nostalgi holy, anyone remember when there wasn't even a riddle transfer 2? since jonbro the creator didn't plan on finishing it but when people like Dantdm and jacksepticeye played the game and realized there was no ending he got inspired to basically finish the unfinished story to a great series

I remember getting very emotional after watching Riddle Transfer 2
I am flabbergasted by all the amazing concepts this game series used:
- Continious story telling
- Legitimately increasing difficulty (from joke to absurdly hard)
- Re-using previous game assets - and entire games plus mechanics
Like, you wouldn't get that with a DLC in most modern games. What the hell :O This is so freaking cool! The plot twist was well done, the mechanics are great and not gonna lie, I'd be down for a new installment after all of this, although after Quiz uses the self-destruct button, its pretty much a conclusive ending. Still, I am so amazed right now. o-o
Now they just need to release it at AAA prices

yeah, we're lucky Jonochrome even made Riddle Transfer 2... It was cancelled at one point and then he just randomly finished it and released it like, three or four years after the fact

I really love how throughout the Riddle School series you can really see the change in artstyle and how the puzzles and story improve with each game. The overarching story is really clever, and it's why these games are some of my favourites and the series is the main reason why I love escape room type games to this day
and, starting from riddle school 5, you can see small hints that smiley is a girl.

As the record holder for games 1 and 2, it makes me super happy that these games still get attention in speedrunning, this series is super fun to speedrun, and I think everyone here should try atleast one game in the series! :)

Riddle School isn't obscure at all, a bunch of youtubers have made vids on it before this, and even discounting those, it was a pretty popular series in and of itself back when they were coming out.

I love the riddle school games, probably my favorite flash games of all time. I actually had a top 40 run on the 1st riddle school game at one point. It's probably around top 100 now

The original game is in elementary. The next 3 take place in secondary and post-secondary, but they’re revealed to be dreams by the beginning of riddle school 5.

Dude what, I remember started playing this game when the 3rd Riddle School just released and the creator said that was the last one for the Riddle School series. He confirmed that as well after I asked in Newgrounds. But apparently there's the 5th one?! Mixed emotions of happy to find it out and sad I haven't played it.

He did for a while, but then Jacksepticeye did playthroughs of all the previous games which renewed public interest and inspired the creator to finish the series

I'd never heard of this series before and wow that was crazy. The early games had several spots that remind me of Pico's School.

I love riddle school, I watched a play through years ago and I have a tradition where I rewatch it every year at least once. Riddle school was so nice to me, wholesomeness I’ve never seen before.
Man, I loved these games so much. Absolute classics of the Flash era, right up there with Achievement Unlocked and TitOL, The Gun Game, and the AN Escape Room games.

I remember this game, I used to play it back in 2016 and every now and then in 2017, I havent played it since 2018 and I completely forgot about it, I have memories with this game. Riddle School was amazing, and it feels weird that it will soon be 3 years since I last played it. Time flies, fascinating.

Riddle school is just one of them games man, the nostalgia is real. It literally used to be the only thing I'd watch on TH-cam. This IS my childhood.
These games were really fun. I enjoyed them quite a bit.
The speed running is cool. But I prefer to enjoy the stories of these games. They have... A really good story for Flash games. Actually, they just have a good story for any game. That's some good stuff.

i still miss this game, this game series is very nostalgic for me and i used to love it to the point that i'd constantly reference it to other people, even if nothing i said made sense.
This game just made up an excuse for skipping schools kids.

I remember the time that I was hooked into the series around 2014 I think? I was pretty bummed out knowing that Jonochrome cancelled Riddle Transfer 2 last 2011 because of him growing up as well as losing motivation (at least that's what I remember in his post in Newgrounds).
Out of nowhere he posted his 10th anniversary video, officially announcing the Riddle Transfer 2 on May 2016 finally fixing the cliffhanger and concluding the story. I remember vividly that he was inspired by Scott Cawthon and even supporting Jonochrome to actually finish the series, which is pretty crazy that made him change his mind.
It was a relatively short game compared to others yes, but I'm more satisfied of his approach in the ending, even changing his mind to actually pair Phil to Smiley even though he didn't agree with the ship. This was a nice speedrun for me to watch all those nostalgia of me playing flash games in the "point and click" genre.
