One of the things I find many restaurants cannot get right is a Salad, the just tend to throw everything on it and to excess leaving it over seasoned beyond calling it a salad and this is why I tend not to order it but I really like what you have going on here

I know anchovies are traditional in Caesar salad dressing. But I recently found out I can no longer eat them. Is there something else I can substitute instead? I don’t want to have to give up Caesar salads!

Years ago I brought hellman from England until now Hellman still my fav. It’s so rich and creamy not too salty not too sour.

You could use some Greek yoghurt like she suggested. Maybe that will help with the flavour. Or just use all yoghurt.
