Hello bro. These chassis are made from chromoly steel. When you do gas welding on it, it looses its strength due to separation of chromium in weld affected zone and changing its microstructure. Basically now your chassis is weak at neck. Next time you decide to do something like this, I would suggest TIG welding.

Tank slapper also occurs when one grabs the handle bar very tightly making the handle bar very stiff and not allowing the bike to stable itself, which can lead to tank slapper.

Note if tank slappers happens lose your grip with handle
Good work, but some how I personally did not like welding on to the frame. Maybe an arrangement such as this O-O to the tubular frame would have avoided the welding. Depends on individual choice.

You always come up with good ideas. I enjoy your videos. Material which you have used to weld is not a strong one. And if possible don't use gas welding to weld use CO2 welding it is stronger than gas welding. Rest you do a great job. Keep it up.

Maybe the steering damper will be working great it's not fitting in the bike properly it's looking like an unnecessary item on handle .
The custom made brackets can be done more properly so the damper would be parallel to the handle then it will look great
No it can never be Installed parallel to the handle bar, bcoz then it will lose its purpose

Welding the chassis is not a good idea. In a head-on collision that part cracks or bends, now its more likely to. Heat changes the properties of materials and now the chassis may be more brittle.
