⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING THIS MODIFICATION ⚠️
Please put warning on this video. These struts are not manufactured for this purpose, in superbikes the steering dampers are well designed considering all the forces the steering is going to create on dampers. And then the suitable oil is selected for it. Without any R&D please don’t do such stupid modifications. Imagine while cornering or on a sharp turn one of the cylinders gets locked in its position (it can happen because the stroke of cylinder is not well defined here so if you push the cylinder stroke beyond its limit repeatedly it can get stuck) and then your handle gets locked what will happen . Remember you have to generate 5-10kg of pull to bring cylinder in original position within a fraction of second,which is nearly impossible and still not sure whether it will work or not.
Please do not encourage such stupid modifications. 🙏🏻

Technically, Steering dampers are used in high-end performance bike, which goes above 200kmph, as stabilizing handlebars at that speed is a necessity. It can be useful in a low-end bike, but your's fitment isn't gonna last brother!
Yes of course, even if dampers are useful for low-end bikes,there ares standard level of damping and rebound set for dampers after testing the force feedback by professional brands like Ohlins, GPR, Moose etc. But On the other side this Locked Gas springs don't do anything rather than moving with the flow and sudden handle slaping can lock or break rather than damping and become fatel on speeds. This is foolishness actually 🤣

I knw this wouldnt stand , tank slappers are an issue for every byk. Why doesn't ns need it? Can u put some light on that. Just because its a cheap Bajaj ryt!?
@@assassinvishal007 bro aise toh sky is the limit for mods but he is not a track rider jo wo high speed pulls krega turns pr , tank slappper is not a common thing for smaller cc street bikes he is just over modding{ricer} the bike. Tank slapper are aftermath of amature throttling and not holding the bar firmly it is common on race tracks as they have to pull the bikes as fast as they can to overtake other riders but this is not the case on road.
and yeah one advise to him or other who are willing to do this:- clamp the suspension with chasis and mount a damper in between that will be the holy grail setup for NS and much more effective(at the end of the day it's all about the rider who is riding the bike , punch the throttle maturlly with a flow and you are golden.)

I have ns 200 model 2013. I am facing the coolant fan problem. When i short the wires the fan starts i have changed the fan relay too.
