But yes here in Ohio we are allowed to use it as long as they are special needs kids and specially if they don't know how to communicate, and as long as we let them know that they are using this kind of device's.There r lots of parents who doesn't know what there rights are & actually don't know how to advocate for there little ones. And for safety training and following direction... Yes dear we worked and did lots of programs on that area and that is why he is in a best position today! he doesn't elope/wander now, Glory to God!
