This morning, I was scrolling on Linkedin and read a post from someone who wrote about their recent experience with Ethiopost. After reading the review, I was suprised to see that in the comment section, the CEO of Ethiopost had responded to this customer promptly. Not only did the CEO gave a thorough reply to the customer's question/concern but she also thanked them profusely for their feedback. I liked her response, closed the app, and thought "wow, I wish we had more people in her position who understand the meaning of 'customer service.'" Shortly after, I inadvertently opened youtube. I tell you that when I saw today's episode, I clicked on it faster than you can say Abebe Bekila. I've always admired this woman from afar but to actually hear speak in this type of forum was truly refreshing. Not only is she a gem of a person, but she's also brilliant, competent, insighful, and very humble. I also realized she has a beautful smile, talks really fast, and likes to journal! Thank you Meri for bringing her on, really great episode!

Thank you for an insightful podcast. If I can say something, I have seen most shows focusing on CEOS, managers or leaders. I know they have their ways, methods and steps that we can learn and aspire to be. But what about good employees those that are dedicated to do their job responsibility. What about them isn't it fascinating to find an employee that goes over and above with full dedication to accomplish a task. I think there is knowledge there something we can take. Since the number of employees outweigh CEOS.
Great to watch, I admire the challenges and opportunities to bring changes and introduce workable policies. Identify new technology changes where applicable. It must be rewarding to see the changes in an old stablishment sector to evaluate what are working well and profitable. What changes will help and plan to bring changes. 14:32
