ive got a 2021 xmax 300, its an amazing motorcycle, to me its a motorcycle, anything under 250cc is a scooter in my opinion. I love riding mine. enjoy whoever has one.
you DONT press the button on the fob !! ...all you need to do is be close to the bike! and it will start.....theres no need to press that button on the fob....that is only for finding your bike in a carpark!

Is it possible to unlock the steering when the bikes 12v battery is dead? I have a Yamaha Grand Filano using the same smart key system.
no i dont think so
@@DC1FAMILY of course u can! open your FOB and you will see a code written on the main chip. Read your manual ....you can open the seat with a key that comes with the bike
So, when the battery is flat nothing works :-(( the joy of electronics :-(( so glad my 2 bikes are more then 12 years old, i will keep them forever :)

Unfortunately the key will go away soon. You're given a key to unlock the seat from the bottom. Plus you're given codes for the bike. If people let the battery go flat that's entirely their fault. You can use battery optimizers for when people aren't using bikes for weeks lol
@@JDMz I write in my diary to change the key's batteries once a year, that way I never reach the point of no power in the battery. The cost is negligible.
You can turn it on without a key if you have the 6 digit key code simple by pressing and holding the main switch and than just hold the switch and you need to count the light on the dashboard. You have many videos on YT✌️
