    It amazes me how we use different amps in amplitube, (different from other people), to get the same exact sounds> I'll use a super distorted fender tweed type amp to get the same exact punk rock sound. That's the beauty of amplitube is that it's so packed with things to experiment with that you're bound to find your perfect desired tone if you tweak and hunt around in the software long enough. It's like a chemistry set for guitarists.

      Thats is so true! It’s a blank canvas, with it, the artist can make the art! I love your analogy!!! Thank you so much for your nice comment friend!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

    Very instructive once again. Thank you very much for this great video!
    I realize that you always go from something ok-ish to something you get perfect step by step. I think I struggle with that, like knowing what part of the chain is going to give me what I’m looking for. It’s very nice to see your videos with Amplitube 5 as it teaches me what part is doing what, how it affects the sound and everything. Yet, it needs a lot of practice to get to a satisfying result in such few time like you just did.
    Can’t wait for the next video, I feel smarter and smarter with each video you make. Thanks again 🙏🙏🙏

I know there’s valuable information that sometimes is hard to access in a simple and understandable way so imma keep trying!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I hope you’re having a great weekend and again, thanks for your nice comments! 🤘🏻🤓

      Yes, for someone new it is hard to identify those frequencies to make changes on. It does take some trail and error to build up that ear to identify the frequencies to change. Still an informative video, think I will add this tone to my Amplitude presets.

    You are a God send! I was getting super frustrated with amp sims until now. One of my guitars is a bit picky about what amp should take her in (no pun intended). After watching one of your videos, I went through the millions of amps avaialble in my sim and started meticulously looking for the one which gave the character I was hoping for. It worked. :)

    Yes! Videos on music productions and mixing! Maybe. A video or series, a song start to finish? More on how to amplify the pockets of sound you want the listeners to hear like you said. Your videos are dope!! Thank you!

      Let’s gooooo!! For a pro recording, I would add. One eq in your daw before Amplitube, and cut some midrange with a center freq maybe somewhere around 500-750 then ok the master section of amplitube Put the neve 1081, but lows to 42-82, depending on the key of your song and boost some 2.3-3.2k and then add a saturator x on master +12 and play with its input and output. Magic!✨✨✨ the midrange cut in the beginning of your chain will be dependent on the guitar you have, some less expensive pickup have LOTS OF WHISTLING SOUNDS IN THAT MIDRANGE, more noise than sound. Awesome pickups, are very balanced in that area and doesn’t need much, you be the judge, cause that cut might be the difference between 💩 and 🔥 lol

    Great video as always. Love your channel. You deserve plenty more subscribers. Really educational, and I always learn something new about Amplitube and shaping sounds in general. Now to my question: As you mentioned in the video this is primarily a rythm focused sound, but do you have some tips on how to tighten up the low end? Because when I followed the video and the settings and played some sinlge notes (opening of Dammit - Blink 182) I think it sounds a little to flabby/droney on the lowest string. This might just as well be from poor technique, but if you have any tips if will be much appreciated.

    • @Itsjorgelanzas
      @Itsjorgelanzas  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you for your nice comment my friend!! And it’s funny that you mentioned flabby low end!! I just made a video where I ran into that issue! Check it out! HIGH GAIN GUITAR TONE | AMPLITUBE 5 TUTORIAL
      th-cam.com/video/WV2ZT9TWwMk/w-d-xo.html
      But it all comes down to not too much gain in the amp, a boost or overdrive to shift the tone to higher midrange, and then compensate with eq and mic selection. Anyway, definitely check the video out, it may be a good complement to this first one, for sharper faster parts like damit! 🙌🏻 hope it helps!

    Ppl hype neural dsp and ml sound lab , or stl tones plugins...but i think amplitube 5 can also produce some sweet tones🎉🎉🎉 andany options are available at one place🎉🎉

    • @Itsjorgelanzas
      @Itsjorgelanzas  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I think so too. Neural is fun and you got GREAT presets, so I guess the friendlier environment plays a big role. But like you, I honestly feel like Amplitube 5 Max is a great tool and a nice deal. We’re lucky we can get such cool recorder sounds now a days. Recording nice sounding music gets really expensive if you do it “real in the physical world” and I know, it’s not guaranteed that you’re getting a better sound 🤣🤣🤣 anyway, thanks for your comment friend!!

    Hi Nice Sound!
    Could you show a sound from Sum 41 / Over My Head? Or a general Sum 41 sound? I just can't get the sound right

      Thank you friend! It would be interesting to chase this tone. I know Deryck has been using a Kemper in the studio, I recorded a song with him back in 2017 🤣🤣🤣 his tone was sooooo BEEFY!!! 🔥🔥🔥I wish I had the vision to ask about the patches, we might do some detective work in the next few weeks if possible

    I have a question - if I don't own any IK products how much will I pay? I only have free CS versions of Amplitube, T-Racks, etc., available through IK Product Manager. Do I need to own paid versions to upgrade to MAX version?

    • @Itsjorgelanzas
      @Itsjorgelanzas  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      My recommendation would be to wait until there’s a big sale, because this version of Max goes for as low as $149 and it includes absolutely everything that came out up until the latest release. It doesn’t seem to me like you have any qualifying product for an upgrade. Make sure you get the Soldano model though! It’s so good and free!!

    You dont have issue with input signal and amp not sounding like the real deal at all?

    • @Itsjorgelanzas
      @Itsjorgelanzas  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I honestly Can tell you that I don’t have any issues with this that i haven’t had with the real amp. When you’re working in the studio you get used to adjust gain in different stages of the gear, most times amps are in different rooms and all you do is plug into a DI that feeds to the amp and all you hear is your mics through the speakers so I just adjust until I get the sound I need. If I was on stage or touring, of course, YOU WANT AND NEED the real deal. Nothing compares to the feel of 100Watts of tube power hitting your body with every chug. 🤣🤣🤣 but in the Studio, making records. Incredible tool.
