John Bolton's delusion about Crimea and the negotiating position of Ukraine reminds me of that scene from The Dark Knight with Bane on the plane, "CRASHING THIS PLANE, WITH NO SURVIVORS." except John Bolton isn't as cool or brave, and looks and behaves more like Gollum salivating as the prospect of more war and financial enrichment (for himself)

After watching the debate between Bolton and Ramaswamy, I’m left with an even stronger distaste for Bolton's so-called "cogent" argument. While Daniel Davis generously described it as such, it’s clear to me that Bolton’s rhetoric is anything but convincing-unless you’re already in favor of perpetual war and global domination.
Bolton’s attempt to paint the U.S. as "isolationist" is nothing short of absurd. With over 700 military bases around the world and constant interference in other countries' affairs, the U.S. is anything but isolated. Bolton's selective quoting of George Washington’s farewell address, while clever on the surface, is a deliberate manipulation of history to justify military interventionism. He’s essentially twisting Washington’s advice about avoiding foreign entanglements into a call for U.S. domination once we became powerful enough. That’s not only misleading but dangerous.
What’s troubling is how good Bolton is at presenting this flawed argument. He packages his war-mongering agenda in a way that sounds rational, but when you look deeper, it's clear he’s advocating for more conflict, more military spending, and more unnecessary meddling in sovereign nations’ affairs. His argument may seem convincing to those with a vested interest in war or those lacking empathy, but for anyone who cares about peace, diplomacy, and human lives, it's hollow.
Davis’ comment about Bolton’s argument being "cogent" feels like an attempt at diplomacy, but I strongly disagree. Bolton is not offering a well-reasoned case-he’s pushing the same tired narrative that has cost America trillions of dollars, thousands of lives, and left regions in ruins. This isn't about defending American interests; it’s about serving the interests of the military-industrial complex and the global elites who profit from endless war.
In the end, Bolton’s rhetoric may be polished, but it’s just war-mongering dressed up as policy. And anyone with a heart can see right through it.

Bolton, tell me, what was our national security interest in butting into Vietnam? Iraq? Occupying Afghanistan? Libya? Syria? Ukraine? No platitudes please, SPECIFIC interest that benefit American taxpayers. Oh, you got nothing?

    Danny,
I think it would be a great idea if you diversified your channel on other platforms like Rumble, Bitchut, or Odysee. Because in the event that TH-cam stops or takes down your channel in an effort to censor you, I would like to continue seeing your content. I think others would as well because you have very important guests and provide crucial analysis on global events not found on other channels.
    Thanks.

John Bolton is talking not about protecting the American soil and people but rather about protecting American interests (around the World). And that term is so stretchable that could be used for about any situation that may ever arise.

Mr. Vivek is a phenomenal speaker. But I think there is a flaw in his argument. And here it is -
First, let me say - he is realistic and rational. However, his expectation from Russia coming to negotiating table with U.S and agree to U.S terms on not siding with China as a condition to end the war and let Russia keep Eastern Ukraine is bit too much for U.S to expect now, given what U.S has done to them. You just can't spill water on the dinner plate of a guest and expect the next moment, everything will be just fine if you arrange a new plate for him/her and expect them to continue with the dinner.
Moreover, U.S has tried what they could on battlefield, and it is now running out of options. If the war escalates to nuclear levels, U.S has more to lose than Russia given U.S is more developed economy. So what is exactly U.S’s leverage now.. ?
Firstly, this war was unnecessary to begin with and Mr. Putin made several requests to U.S but U.S, which has been involved in almost 30 wars post U.N establishment and many regime changes were arrogant enough not to listen to any such requests.
After you impose this on Russia, took their foreign reserves, slapped innumerable sanctions on them, did everything to corner them, you expect them to trust you and alienate China on whom they are depending now. And what is the guarantee U.S will not do the same again in few years with Russia. Then Russia will not have a single friend to count on, given every U.S presidents come with their own theories.
Well, U.S is run by the deep state, we all know that.
In this regard, one may also argue, if U.S leaves Ukraine high and dry now, it will be a huge face loss for U.S and its alies will not be trusting.
I am not saying U.S should continue with the pointless war. I think a meaningful exit is better than such terrible loss of lives and money. Face loss of U.S is unavoidable. U.S should be prepared for that.
The result of this war is
    a. Russia wins on its terms, Zelensky regime may come to an end. Russia will keep most of Eastern Ukraine and the Russia Ukraine conflict goes in a cold store, sporadically becoming hot now and then ..
    b. Or else it will end up in a nuclear disaster and all countries will cease to exist. This is likely the path which Mr. Bolton’s ideas may lead to, not realizing U.S is not the only country today in the position of pushing the nuclear button like U.S once did in 1945. I see there is possibility of a convergence of the European conflict merge with the one in Middle East.. again the outcome will not be much different but I sincerely hope this doesn’t happen and I am WRONG..
So, to conclude, the flaw is in your expectation from Russia given the position they are in and what U.S did to them.
Russia and China share a huge border and they have gone to war in the past as well. It was U.S which saved China. And as the great Indian strategist Chanakya says - “ two aspirational countries who share borders between themselves can never be friends. “
Therefor, the path forward is - Give respect to all countries which deserve it. Respect their territorial integrity, stay away from meddling in their affairs, stop funding terrorism.. reduce your national debt and give time, you will see things will turn towards good.
I can tell you, everyone loves a U.S led world order than China.. even Russia would have loved it .. but if you try to shove things down someone’s throat, disregard anyone’s legitimate security concerns, BRICS will happen, new world currency will come … and U.S will find only itself to blame ..
Mr. Bolton also claimed that Mr. Baker did not tell Mr. Gorbachev about not “ one inch Eastward from East Germany.. “ he claims he persuaded Russians and they left.. It’s not clear though why would anyone do that without anything on plate .. Change of heart ?
Mr. Bolton’ tone was like “ U.S has the sole right to go ballistic on anyone it chooses including Russia which has probably an extremely potent nuclear arsenal at par with U.S. he thinks it is 1945 and U.S is the only country to have nuclear button .. “ he is delusional and liar as well.. and a war monger
Anyways, great speech by Vivek. I think Vivek is the best presidential candidate U.S ever had and as far as I can remember. His only fault is his religion..

What would happen to the vast majority of people in Crimea who would rather be part of Russia than Ukraine if Ukraine were to gain control of Crimea? Should all of these be forced to leave Crimea or would they follow the referendum and return Crimea to Russia.
Professor Stephen Cohen was in Crimea and talked to the people there about how the people sympathize with.
Another survey in Crimea showed that only 15% of the population considered themselves Ukrainian. Most preferred to count themselves as Russians or Crimeans.

I suspect the biggest problem we are having is that we're dealing fundamentally with authoritarians. And, authoritarians lack a significant feature-- empathy. They are unable to put themselves in someone elses place and accurately assess how that someone else views the situation. At that point, all they are left with is might makes right. And unfortunately, authoritarians in the US have the mistaken impression that because the US has a strong military with nuclear weapons, that makes them the "mightiest". In fact, while the US may have the *potential* to be the mightiest, it takes more than the most powerful military tools to win battles, it takes common sense and, yes, empathy-- as you have to at least properly understand how and why your "enemy" is doing what they do and thinking what they think and to decide when diplomacy and friendship is a better solution. So the authoritarians are ultimately, inclined to be bellicose but doomed to fail-- and unfortunately, they make a huge mess of things in the process and a lot of people die.

I look back and assess our time there it woefully a waste of life and money and time. I now question all the operations i took part in. I Will always be a patriot, we need less foreign entanglement.
