I did my bachelors at WGU and I thought my setting up my paper the night/day before was just something that made me feel better. But pre-gaming was VERY important to getting through my classes faster - along with writing and taking scheduled breaks! Your channel is very helpful!!
I’m thinking of going but I definitely think it’s worth it to give myself the option of a second term if need be. I have my associates and want to go for a Bachelors in Business Administration, just a bit Rusty since it’s been 10 years. Thank you for your videos
Yes it’s good to be flexible with yourself so that you don’t burn out. I said from the beginning of my journey that I was going to complete the program in 1-2 terms so that I wasn’t overly rigid with my goal. Im sure once you finish that first WGU course you’ll get in the groove of things again :)
Hi Shantol. I’m not sure what you mean by accept exactly. Do you mean recognized by employers? So far, anecdotally, I’ve had no issues with employers recognizing it after talking about it. To officialize the legitimacy, each province has its own credential assessment service. You can pay a fee to have it assessed once the degree is completed. I haven’t had mine reviewed completely (it’s in progress) but I’m assuming there will be no issues. I’ve known other people in Canada who’ve done a WGU masters and had it assessed in the same province and it’s been recognized as an equivalent qualification in comparison to canadian graduate studies. Is it recognized by post secondary institutions for doctoral school admissions? Not sure about that. Might be a school by school basis thing.

It was very important for me too! Glad we both discovered that :) Congrats on completing your bachelors at WGU
Your videos have been really helping me and because of them, I just applied to WGU. Thanks : )

Is your Master’s accepted from WGU in Canada?
