As a psychometric scout I can tell you with 8 minute online assessment if the player can compete at the college or pro level. I score him on mindset, make up, and instincts.
Its not impossible to be seen while just playing high school ball but the chances are lower. It is better to play club ball because most club teams go to like big tournaments with scouts, and have better training in general.

Seems like a great coach makes it seem like anyone can make it to that level... to bad it comes down to if ur smashing 450 foot bombs or not
