I bought this too brother but returned it. As a wedding filmmaker it’s a big up for interviews but the drop outs when using the wireless mode is crazy. The RF interference should be fixed. Other than that it’s a good mic price wise.
Whoah. This helps. I was going to buy this but realized I had the same issue with a 2.4Ghz wireless mic having the same drop outs interfering with my slider at the same operating frequency.

Kinda disappointed because i tried using it for paid projects and those were the crucial interviews of those closest to the couple but when it’s wired it sounded good better than the rode mic pro plus actually. It rejected the sounds from sides.
Awesome review! Question about wired mode. Does the screen turn off after a few seconds or minutes? However mic is still on (green light still powered) and able to still record.
I remember seeing another TH-cam video where they explained that shotgun microphones in indoor spaces affect the natural sound of the voice because of the cancellations of the shotgun microphone. In indoor environments it seems like it would be better just to have a small diaphragm condenser microphone then a shotgun version of it.
Ooohhh. I’m not that technical when it comes to how different microphones work in that way. But thanks for the info. I hope you could find that video as I’m also interested to hear how that works.
