How many people are alive today because of environmental regulations? What about clean water and viable food stocks? And how many humans are decently educated and have high quality lives because of liberal policies, even if they don't become rich or powerful. For me personally, Obama is the worst president in my lifetime (and I lived through Carter!). I live in CA, and DACA has been an epic disaster. CA has turned into an overcrowded, vagrant mess. It is the Golden State no more. And because of Obamacare, my healthcare insurance payments went from about $50 biweekly to $310 biweekly. I refused to pay it and went without healthcare for about 3-4 years until Trump took office and the premiums returned to normalcy.

How many people are alive today because of environmental regulations? What about clean water and viable food stocks? And how many humans are decently educated and have high quality lives because of liberal policies, even if they don't become rich or powerful. The balance is letting the market compete, innovate, and destroy one another and the planet while reigning it in when it gets out of control...I can guarantee you by the year 2050, you will wish we'd been more liberal.

For those wondering, Professor Sowell did change his mind on Trump. Kind of. He acknowledges Trump's effect on the economy and how great that has been. He only looks at the policies and the results they produce. Which has been good, according to him. But he apparently can't handle Trump as a person.

For me personally, Obama is the worst president in my lifetime (and I lived through Carter!). I live in CA, and DACA has been an epic disaster. CA has turned into an overcrowded, vagrant mess. It is the Golden State no more. And because of Obamacare, my healthcare insurance payments went from about $50 biweekly to $310 biweekly. I refused to pay it and went without healthcare for about 3-4 years until Trump took office and the premiums returned to normalcy.
I regret that I have only one thumbs up to offer this video...
