I stayed there last June. I agree it was very nice. Close enough to so many popular places, but nice and quiet because it is a block off the main Sukhumvit.
Nice review Besty hope your having a good mega trip cant wait for mine next month , be good to see you do more vlogs mooching around Bangkok see your take on things
Stayed myself there two weeks ago, the staff were fantastic. Location is great. I had a late flight they let me come back at night to shower freshen etc and could have used the pool if I liked. Lovey hotel
Spot on with pointing out the heavy smog. Smog is so bad its made all the BBC news rounds this morning. In the hotel, Food area looks like the first class lounge at Thai Airways. Posh area of Bangkok. Very refined and civilized. Bangkok offers a level of eligence and sophistication not found in Pattaya or Chang Mi. Truly pampered experience.
I don't know. You are absolutely correct, it has changed it's name to the Night Hotel, but this review is the only time I have stayed there. The breakfast was really good.
Enjoyed your vid ,i stayed there a couple of years ago yeah a little more expensive but you get what you pay for.I was really impressed with the breakfast buffet something for everyone really and more than enough variety.Staying in the same Soi this year but trying a newer hotel just up from Dream but i would go back to Dream in future good area.
Nice looking hotel, breakfast looked very comprehensive as well; with exception of the sausages but I've yet to find a hotel in Thailand that does the Great British sausage. Keep up the good work Sir, enjoying your vid's it's ramping up my excitement for my trip in February.
It looks like a place I stayed on soi 40 (I think?) called the st James hotel. It was quite significantly cheaper though, 1000thb a night if you booked it on agoda.
That hotel looks good, but definetly better value out there. You should check out the icheck inn citichic on Soi 13. £30 a night. Big rooms, comfy beds, cold aircon, fast WiFi and very modern designs and on a par with what you've just shown there. With a swimming pool as well. And from there its a 5 minute walk to the water taxi, 2 minutes to Soi 11, 5 minutes to the skytrain and Sukhumvit. Proper hidden gem. Its difficult finding a goid value hotel round that area. I always used to stay at the Ambassador on Soi 11. But my last stay we had to swap rooms 3 times due to faulty aircon, faulty plumbing and a dodgy bed. The final straw was having stuff stolen out my bag in the room. It was only a bottle of linement oil worth 300baht, and the cleaner lost his job over it. But will never stay there again. Thanks for showing us the different hotels fella, good to see whats available.
Are the rooms carpeted. Nothing is more annoying than the sudden noisy moving of chairs being slid on the floor from above and the ladies with their noisy high heels. Carpet floors are worth 80% in my decision to take a room. Nana plazas carpeted rooms and noise reduction are awesome
I don't understand why people would wear shoes in a room, any room for that matter. It is unsanitary. I live in Japan and we never wear shoes in the apartment nor in hotel rooms. We wear slippers, you leave your dirty shoes at the door.

Hey man nice video! Did you reach out the hotel to review it? Or was this done while you were on vacation?
Hey Marcus. This review was done whilst I was staying there as a paying guest on vacation. Thank you for watching. BFB.
Guest friendly?

Every Tuesday is a hotel review. Every Friday is a regular vlog.
Is this the same hotel as the night hotel bangkok
Yes. The dream has changed it's name to the night hotel.
How is it now in 2023/2024 as Night hotel. I stay there in 1 month.
I don't know. You are absolutely correct, it has changed it's name to the Night Hotel, but this review is the only time I have stayed there. The breakfast was really good.

Looking to stay near Terminal 21. Do you consider this place good bang for the price?
D D Yep. It’s the only place I stay when I have visited Bangkok every year for appr 10 years.
I’ve stayed here many times, they have the smallest coffee cups in the world haha, getting tired now though.
Who was the second person for breakfast BSB!? 😃

Hi , what's the name of the new hotel I might be interested in staying there ?
Nice looking hotel, breakfast looked very comprehensive as well; with exception of the sausages but I've yet to find a hotel in Thailand that does the Great British sausage. Keep up the good work Sir, enjoying your vid's it's ramping up my excitement for my trip in February.
I have stayed at the Dream on 3 occasions it is my go to Hotel in Bangkok as well as Citrus on Soi 13 in Sukhumvit
Dream hotel in bangkok is the best one including meals!
Indeed, air pollution even worse in January 2020
Good to know
stayed there myself in April this year... great location... just a small walk to nana plaza haha
Great blog
Nice place for a few days as a treat to yourself on a long stay
Nicely done, I liked the titanic quip but the stars of the show, for me, were the two doorman.
Stayed here last may for 3 nights , great hotel , perfect location
Perfect location and ten out of ten, stayed there loads and highly recommend
Arse wand, Lol. Never heard it called that before, bum gun, bidet, etc. but never arse wand. Excellent sir. Made me laugh. Great video.

Good hotel, stayed there back in 2008
cheers besty nice place
Good review. Very posh hotel but a bit out of my range unfortunately.
Nice work
Looks nice
Not bad if you are sharing but pricey if you are by yourself. You are right chicken sausage sucks I never had it before I went to Asia.
chicken sausage common in us. especially for ppl that don't eat pork. it dries out though so you need to add something like apple to keep them juicy

Is it just me that hates hotels who employ people to open the door?
Bestest
