PIA was Number Airline in the 1960’s & 70’s, unfortunately due to political corruption & bad management this is no longer the case. Having said that PIA aircraw earn good respect from public due to their hardwork & skills.

In case anyone wants to try to orient themselves. If you pause the video @5:11 - the mountain they are flying straight towards is K2, the mountain to the right of K2 with the rocky-looking broad-peak is Broad Peak (see why they named it that?), and to the right of Broad Peak, close to the inside-edge of the Pilot's windscreen is Gasherbrum V. Immediately to the right and behind Gasherbrum V (with the very peak hidden behind the pillar in the middle of the windscreen) is Gasherbrum I. 4 of the tallest mountains in the world right there.

The first step for u is to be in Islamabad. Pakistan is a very tolerant state and will treat u all as normal guys like us as pak citizens

Remove surplus and useless employees who hassle here and there just to pretend that they are working but in actual they are not, and give more facilities to your actual workforce who are of course pilots. And also thoroughly audit your planes' maintenance department if you really care about your customers.
