Deep gnome terramancer reads "do this once each turn" so when the second of its triggers resolved it will see it has already done this in a turn and wont do it again, still a banger card in the deck, its effect and effects like that just cant be doubled

I have an artifact version of this list too but i found it went infinite almost too easily hahaha. Elesh Norn is a card I don't really like to include in my lists, just personal preference, it definitely would be a powerful upgrade especially if you leaned harder into ETBs than I did.
Just found your channel, I’m exclusively a cEDH player and brewer but curious about what cards go infinite easily with this commander especially without casting multiple spells (example being leonin relic warden style loops with other cards like o ring)
@Holden_P I don't play a ton of cedh and generally try to avoid combos in casual lists unless its a dedicated combo deck but definitely let me know if you discover any cool ones :)
Hey I'm basically building this deck in paper and was wondering about Mentor of the Meek, would i be able to pay 1 colorless twice and draw a card each time or does it still only trigger once with delney
@QuezPlays88 I'm not sure if the squad ability gets copied by delney since it's an additional cost but also an ETB but if it does it definitely seems very strong!
Yes they lose their evasion since the pump happens before blocks. I figured +6/+6 was worth it to be able to be blocked but def want to wait to deploy until your board is big enough to overwhelm them without the evasion. That's why baldin is uniquely powerful here since he pumps while keeping their evasion.
I've been playing monoW commander Decks for the better part of ~6+ years now and Emeria, the Sky Ruin is just unplayable. In hundrets of games I don't think I activated it more than twice xD On papaer it's amazing. In practice it's just a plains that enters the battlefield tapped. There's way to many good utility lands to justify running this.
that's a valid take for sure I have def seen it do nothing plenty of times before. I think with this list and the high amount of catch up ramp that I can easily double up on with Delney I want to at least test it. I have had plenty of games with 10+ lands in play with this deck and since we are mono color I don't have too many other tap lands and even if emeria only works 1 out of 5 games or so its such a powerful effect I think it is worth running.
@ if I have 10 lands in play most the time I don’t have 7 plains tbh even in monoW. Ursas Cave, Nykthos, Stripmine (and the likes), scavenger grounds, Eiganjo, Fountain port, mdfcs the list goes on :D if it works in 1 in 5 games that’s like one in 20? Cause you’re not gonna draw it every game. Especially monoW untapped mana is at such a premium especially turn 1 that I just never wanna see a tapland. Try it out, if it works for you that’s great. Pulling it off feels amazing for sure ;)
@nolifeSnorlax yeah I definitely think you're right it probably isn't actually good. I'll prob keep it in until it being tapped bites me in the ass one too many times lol
I think the more efficient options are better than inspiring commander but it is definitely very powerful. Blade of selves is definitely a good option too again probably one that would be better in a version that focuses on etb synergies a bit more.
I didn't feel like I had enough focus on etb or death triggers to warrant him I def think there are slightly different builds where he would be amazing though.

Well, they can still resolve more than once. So things like strionic resonator will double it.

Yep its a triggered ability so you will definitely be able to pay 2 to draw 2 if you want :)

Won’t melee make your creature blockable again? Its a trigger that happends on attack, before declaring blockers.

How about Inspiring Commander and Sword of Selves?

I don't think sky Hunter's static buff is doubled. It's not a triggered ability, rather just a static buff.
Melee is a triggered ability that triggers on attack don't worry I checked it before I threw it in :)
