@@thegreenandgoldlife1464 Love your vids man, you're a big part of the reason I decided to start makin a few lawnie vids of my own. One thing i'm noticing, is the tiftuff i'm cutting SUPER low, (5-6mm) literally has zero seed head.

Interesting man. I don't know why but even though i know i need to do a soil test, i never just do it. haha. My tifTuf puts up a lot of seed head too.

It gets a good drink once a week. I know it looks dry, but there's moisture there

I just got my soil test done from Michele aswell. The plan she came up with is unreal. So much detail and can’t wait to start correcting my issues.

Will be interesting to see what the soil report says, and if the soil is playing a part in the seed head. I tiftuff'ed my nature strip about 2-3 years ago, half gets full sun, the other half get shaded in the afternoon. The shaded side has never seeded, and the full sun seeds like crazy. The whole area was excavated with fresh soil, and gets equal water.

I reckon T31 will do pretty good on your front lawn. Has done pretty good for me in the first 6 to 12 months. Hope to have mine even better this year, already got full green up.

G'day big fella ! Charming as usual! Looks like some nice growth there, setting up for the big finish! Or does a Lawn Smith ever really finish?
