    I know I am a rare % of the community who needs a larger pump flange size. But I am eager to try this one. I had a momcozy s12 but the 27mm would leave me bruising on my left side. I work as a Postpartum nurse, so this style of pump allows me to not get behind on charting & patient care.
    (Ironically, my Medela Sonata is my primary pump at home and I pump with a 30mm on one side and a 27mm on the other 😅 so the 28 could leave me with less trauma to the nipple line.)
    I absolutely love that you mentioned the FDA approval. Love your channel & using the facts you share about pumps. Thank you for sharing your review.

    Legendairy milk sells caps in the imani pump accessories that go where the imani pump sits. To convert to collection cups! I’ve tried them and they work and they fit my momcozy pump too! It has the same stem that would fit a spectra tube. I hope that helps someone!

    They're red/orange because it's easier to see your milk in contrast, most likely [: white or lighter colors is harder to tell

    11:08 No, not at all. If you get the Imani hands-free caps ($11.99 USD), you can plug this into the separate pump that has more suction and boost mode, which is the Imani 1!!

    I just bought them yesterday, I am working and where I work unfortunately because of how busy we get I can only pump once when I'm trying to build up my supply. This should help that way I can still work and pump. Thank you so much for the review!!!!

    You stated that the pumpables has a suction of 305. But I was wondering with which flange type, because you also stated when you use their liquid shield kit it goes down to 260

    • @NewLittleLife
      @NewLittleLife  ปีที่แล้ว

      A spectra style flange goes white high! The liquid shield is less but still well above what’s needed.

    Hi! I was wondering if you've had leaking issues with this pump. I am always adamant about making sure that the bottom seal of the "flange" part is well sealed around the cup but there have been multiple times during a pumping session that I find that it has somehow come unsealed at the bottom and is leaking milk. It's driving me crazy and so sad that I'm losing that milk. Didn't know if mine is defective or if this is a similar problem for others.

    Hello and thanks for your review!
    I have an Elvie now but one has died- my baby is only 5 weeks and I’ve only used it once a day so far. ☹️
    But, I’m ready for another pump bc the suction isn’t that great on Elvie.
    Would you recommend this one or the Momcozy to replace my Elvie? You referenced the Momcozy a few
    times, but does this have a better suction and comfort level?

    You said you don’t think the cup style empties as well as a flange. For a person supply issues or pumps smaller amounts of milk, would you even recommended this style of pump or would you recommend sticking with a traditional flange pump? Thank you!

    • @NewLittleLife
      @NewLittleLife  2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      I would lean more traditional if there were supply issues UNLESS having a conviennent wearable pump helps you get more pumping session in or not skip schedules sessions… which will negatively affect supply greatly!

    Can you please touch on elastic nippmes and what pumps / part style work best? I've had trouble with my cups. I have Legendary cups which I got my nipple STUCK MUSHROOMED through, I had to disassemble the pump and ALMOST cut the silicone flange off but got my nip out last second. I am not exaggerating I thought I was going to rip my nipple.
    Also I just gave away my new zomee fits he ause they expressed almost NOTHING. I could get drops from 30+ minutes of massage mode. The only thing I could conclude was my nipples were hitting the end instead of pulling with room in front of it. I want a pair of wearable cups.
    Also while typing this I just heard you say you don't empty as well with cups as you will with standard flange. Can you talk about using Legendary milk cups and a wearable pump with elastic nipples? Just to give context..I usually get only an Oz per session sometimes moree but I am also still pumping 10+ xs per day so I'd really benefit from a wearable pump. Usually when I I pump my nipples will travel to the end of any flange. I have silicone ones of the standard type that are about two inches long even with them I reach the ends after a few minutes of pumping. I always had express after pumping because I don't ever empty but also have low supply ATM. I don't see AnY conversation on elastic nipples I thought it was just an oddity of mine till I saw it mentioned on a description for a cup adapter flange piece. It's extra long with a divet on the end. It's from Nenesupply. Would that be better? It scares me after getting my nipple STUCK in the may mom one.
