- WHAT AN EXTREME BOAT RIDE THIS IS... and incredibly beautiful too!
I have been to the torpedo boats in Paranas Samar before, but this time I had the jot of bringing the #FighterBoys. This is a MUST DO activity here in the Eastern Visayas. Not only is it a bit extreme, but the entire area along the Ulot River is beautiful! This activity was created to help support locals, and fight back at the illegal logging industry. Without a doubt, I have ONLY SEEN THIS IN THE PHILIPPINES!

I love Samar... I've been to Eastern Samar thrice, I love the place and the warmthness of the Waraynons. The dense forest of that province is sooooo amazing particularly the one in Taft wherein there is a frequent sightings of the Philippine Eagle. Aside from it, there are soooo many beautiful beaches that have not been visited yet by local and foreign tourists... Fighter Boys should go to Guiuan, Kulas. That town in Eastern Samar is surrounded by beautiful beaches with pristine waters of the Pacific Ocean... Also, I recommend Apiton Island in San Policarpio, Eastern Samar, you will be amazed by the rock formations and the beautiful scenery of that island... Goodbless you Kulas and more power! I'll wait for more videos of the Fighter Boys in Samar...

It’s true that a lot of them used to do what they had to do to feed their families and it just so happened that it was the only means to livelihood and back then there were also powerful people (politicians) who condone these because they were able to buy the logs cheap from loggers and sold them like gold since these high quality jungle logs are never given logging permits
