From our experience it is not true, we did not have to provide anything. They did ask to see passports but not a marriage certificate. It is a lot more relaxed there these days.
@@lyddiec1916 thanks for watching we really appreciate it. The water is safe to drink, we did tend to stick to bottled water however due to the cleaner taste. Maybe consider a travel water bottle that has the charcoal filter in it as that can make the water taste nicer. We have done this before in the past. 😊
Excellent and very informative video. Thank you. I would like some information about trolley bag you were on and I would like to enquire if they have those available golf carts to transport elder people within the airport
Thank you for your questions. The trolley bag that you mentioned is available at the Virgin megastore. The megastore that we visited was in the Dubai Mall. I feel the best place to organise the golf carts for transport within the airport would be to ring or visit the airport information desk and pre-arrange it. My mother used this service when she was unable to walk very far when she was travelling. I hope this information helps. Thanks for watching. 😃
Thank you for this video. I'm going there next month and so exited. I've watched few videos about Dubai and I felt this vide is very helpful.
We are so glad that you found it helpful. We hope that you have an amazing time in Dubai. 😊

I read on “booking” that you need to provide a marriage certificate at check-in. Is this true?

I though so but thank you for confirming ❤
@@therovingbalyssorry, another question: do our Australian appliances (blow driers/hair straighteners) work there?
You will need a type G power plug in the UAE (same as the UK plug), so you'll need to bring an adapter with you.
Such an informative video thank you. One question, can you drink the tap water in Dubai or is bottled water necessary? Thanks!

@therovingbalys Thanks so much, I've not considered the charcoal drink bottles before🙂
