does it still stutter when in open areas? last time i played on 7.0 the stuttering was really annoying
Unfortunately yes, there's still stuttering if you go in the crowded areas but not in open area
Mod can fix it

@@luciusvladnoir I successfully mod my oblivion with only winlator Just watch some guide in TH-cam you can find 1 video of a guy playing modded oblivion and he explains in description how to mod
