nice job on the boat! I refurbished a really neglected boat,.it's not nice but we use it, for us it was a cheap way to see if we enjoy boating. I like everything but the craziness at the dock!

Did you figure out the fuel delivery problem? Also, did you hone and re-ring the other two cylinders? What were the compression numbers across all 3 when all said and done?
A part a lot of people don´t switch when doing service is the thermostat, the telltale is only a indicator that the waterpump is working. If you spot steam pumping out of the telltalehole your engine has a bad thermostat.
What is those 2 cables sticking up going around the back? What do they go too? I just got a motor and these 2 cables are just laying out not tied to anything.

It was the fuel coupler that connects to the motor. The spring check ball was messed up. I only replaced 1 piston and rings.

Does the water pump function or is it the hose pressure making it appear it does. You have to be careful of this.
