About 2/3 of the way through, I figured out how the story was going to end. Not because I was clever, but because I realized the premis was used in another old time radio show, most likely with a common producer or writer. Still a very good story. And another nice slice of radio at that time. Thank you for posting it.

Story makes for good theater, but as previously pointed out, this premise was used on other dramas. The various plot twists are much too convoluted to be realistic. Much easier and safer for the two perpetrators to just take the money and disappear.
