My house in San Diego is now on the market; open house tomorrow.... during an all-day "atmospheric river" rain event! Wonderful timing, huh? Hope to be settling in to a new home (TBD) within the next 3 months. According to my realtor, there's a buyer who was chomping at the bit to get in ahead of everyone to see my place, but I said NO! I want everyone to come in on the same day, to know that they will have to cough up a best and final offer to have a chance. Can't wait to meet all you FL gals at some point. I'll be moving to the east coast, Melbourne or Palm Bay, and Trish (Pinky's Farm) will be my closest YT sewing friend. Does Deb live in FL also? The JoAnn's out here don't have NL books out on tables anymore. You'd think they'd want to sell what patterns they still have. Also, the stone on the ring I'm wearing is Larimar. I LOVE that stone and have a whole set for Summer. I got the nail polish at Walmart. It's L.A. Colors gel polish and the name on the side sticker is SPLASHY. That ocean blue color is perfect for the beach! Love you girl!

Hi Grace, wow love your pattern picks. I have the both NewLook patterns. I made 6577 last winter❤ I have not made the other. I love your top. Love the colors and this is the view I want to do.absolutely love your knit fabric. Both patterns will look good. We have a bahana breeze also.

I can't believe I bought 5 McCall patterns and all of them were knits only! Even that New Look top was a knit pattern. That has never happened. Well, I hope to sew after Easter.
