    Woah! One of the key takeaways from this video is the fact that you are working while having fun at the beach. That's freedom and the digital platforms really help realtors like you to skyrocket client relations and lead generation. 👏
    There's a tip I would like to share with you that helped a lot of our realtor clients to quickly generate leads without putting much of effort (networking is so tiring sometimes, isn't it?). You can use search tools such as USPS address lookup to generate a massive list of addresses, name, phone numbers, and email addresses. All you have to do is type in a specific area code or street, and you'll have a set of data you can use to connect and nurture relationships with prospect clients.
    Hope this helps, Alisia! Thank you for sharing a meaningful and helpful content. All the best for you this 2022! 🙌

    I was just wondering if you have any tips for someone who just moved to a new city and is just getting there real estate license. Having just moved here I don’t know anyone but my wife and two dogs and my dogs credit is terrible so I don’t see them buying anytime soon.😂😂 Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    • @alisiakrastelcoach
      @alisiakrastelcoach  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      What city are you in, David? You dogs probably have great street cred, though. Without knowing all your details (feel free to share more so I can get the picture), I would suggest leaning into the dog community in your new town. Get into the local online groups and make friends. And, I’d do videos exploring the area. You are seeing things with fresh eyes and would be a great resource for people moving there. TH-cam and relationships. And, you get relationships from TH-cam as well.

      Listen to April Mack’s podcast Real Estate Masters. There are two very successful agents that move into a new country/ state on that I can think of that share their tips and experience. There are maybe like 16 episodes right now but definitely worth the listen! One was from Johannesburg and in the first month became the number 1 agent in his broker of 70 agents.
