This feels like I have a complete clean slate emotionally, to start the new year with. People are being removed from my life by the universe to align with my future goals, so I’m just trying to roll with it all.
Wish I had seen this 3 months ago but my goal by the end of the year is to pay off all my debt. Right now I've been living iny car to save $ from rent. Looking forward to accomplish more goals like finding a place and making more income in the near future.
Got rid of a toxic person in my life they weren’t serving me, got my breast implants removed to be my real authentic self 🥰 also they made me sick! Eating better and making sleep a priority over doom scrolling at night! It’s been a great start! I’m coming for you 2025 ❤

Too many people decide to do a million new things on Jan 1 and, i feel like then the "new year, new me" idea sets too many expectations and is therefore too overwhelming. Also, at the start oft he year, people around you might be talking like "oh i've been dedicated to task x successfully", and when your NY resolutions aren't going as great, you might feel like a failure and lose motivation to continue. But now, with one month left, i don't strangely feel too bad if i mess up a day or two - it feels good to work on yourself quietly!

Goal: lose at least 10 pounds by January 15th 2025 Daily Steps: Breakfast: Blueberry yogurt with granola Lunch- Salmon with naan bread and honey roasted carrots Snack 1: Grapes Snack 2: cheerios and banana or skinny girl popcorn Dinner: Shrimp Alfredo with tomatoes and naan bread Dessert(optional) Yogurt with granola Stop eating at 5:30 Drinks: Green tea and water Weekly goal: Lose 1 pound a week Workouts: Go on stepper and watch a movie-30m Belly dancing-30m Pilates-30m Weight loss meditation-30m If there’s cravings, I’ll allow myself to eat it as long as it’s within my time constraints. I also have one cheat meal on the weekend and coffee on Sundays if I lost one pound. It’s been working really well for me so far! Already lost 4 pounds
Honestly i wish i was fat- it seems easier to lose pounds then gain em- Im 85 pounds and a 14 year old girl thats 4’10/ and im rlly skinny and i want to gain a couple pounds- hoping to grow taller and have a bit more in my chest area..since im flat asf..
I am successful. Question: Letting go of the past includes getting rid of (giving/donating, selling, whatever) the stuff in storage (one bedroom house worth of stuff). It would be easier if I didn't have to see and handle everything. So much emotional attachment ! I'm planning a move overseas which will also help as I can't take it with me. I've waited so long and dreamed of my own place and furnishing it with all my beloved stuff. (seriously, it's stuff that brings joy.) how do I deal with my emotions while focusing on my future, which does/will NOT include most of it?
