key takeaways: *input = output* 1. reflect on the past 12 months & if goals still align 2. vision board: who you want to be, how you want to live, what you want to do 3. goal setting: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound 4. habit tracking: consistent habits compound over the year 5. stay consistent: break annual goals into monthly goals
2025 is going to be such an incredible year, I cannot wait! I love the emphasis on the importance of disciplined reflection, understanding that you need to see the gaps from the previous year in order to better setup for the year ahead. So many wisdom nuggets, thank you!!
Yay!! Thank you for showing some more footage of the digital planner in use. More content on it is so deeply appreciated. Especially for total notion newbies
Summary for me: ■ Pep talk: Do not fall into the trap of writing goals just to get the dopamine hit without actually making progress or taking action aka Procrastination (GUILTY AS CHARGED 😶🌫️) Everything that is not doing the thing IS not doing the thing. ■ Reflecting on Past Year: Do not shame yourself for the goals you havent accomplished, but DO parent yourself kindly so as to make sure you do actually accomplish the goals that you want to achieve Reflect on the following questions 1. What have I achieved this year 2. What have I not achieved this year 3. What habits worked 4. What have I not achieved this year and why 5. Roadblocks/ Obstacles (and what are the ones that I can control) Personal tip: Meditate before Reflection and setting Goals; Knowing what are the goals I need to prioritise is helpful with a clear mind, not when Im in a mental state of overconsumption(even if its self help videos that make me want to accomplish a million habits from scratch in all areas of life, reminding myself it isnt sustainable in the long run and can make me feel overwhelmed is impp) ■ Vision Board (Digital for Phone wallpaper)>Goal Setting (SMART Goals) > Habit Tracker (Goals> Tiny habits/weekly schedule){utilise chatgpt for these if stuck} ■ Stay CONSISTENT and be flexible (Year Goal> Monthly goal- make it adaptable and realistic) Reminder for me to stop overplanning and to actually do the things I am setting for myself and achieve them.
That was the best goal setting pep talk I’ve ever heard and I’m 51! 😂 *not me over here writing goals and then leaving them hidden in notebooks forever*
Please film a full video on how you use this notion planner because I bought it last spring and still never used because I don’t understand how, how to start and integrate it into my life. For example for me I always firstly need to write all my to dos somewhere and then sort them out and attach to dates etc. But for your planner there is no space just to quickly write them all until I have time to organise them and I still don’t understand the difference between tasks and projects, and how to implement it. It it will be very helpful if you film a video of how YOU use it in your daily life with real example otherwise it is a waist of money if don’t understand your system and how to integrate it in our life
Love u and love when ur mean to me😂😂😂BUT weird to see the owner of a sustainable company recommending chat gpt ??isn’t it just so awful for the planet? 🥺
Book titled The Elite Society's Money Manifestation holds the key to forbidden tehniques for manifesting money, which have truly transformed my life, it's worth exploring
Friendly advice: by saying and repeating many times the F* word does NOT make you sound or look cool, smart, hot, intelligent, none of it. The English vocabulary is vast. If it was me, I'd focus on finding better words that property fit the sentences without sounding ignorant.
Well that was an aggressive money night pep talk but yes ma'am my life is going to be the one in 2025
