I love how he plays on a Epiphone. There's this weird unwritten rule that if you had a break trough you just have to bring the Gibson, or Fender or any other A brand. Radiohead was always good in keeping the expectations out

Apparently in the past, around the Beatles era (I think one of the Beatles had one) Then Epiphone was better quality then Gibson. - So if Thom is playing a vintage Epihone that means that he is playing on a higher quality instrument then Gibson.
TSH is in my top 5 Radiohead head songs anyway but this is elevated to another level by the wonderful skronking towards the end, which, with hindsight is an embryonic "Just Hands and Mouth". Incredible stuff!...
