Video compilation from our ladies' only getaway to Desert Aire near Mattawa, WA on the Columbia River.
With a focus on kickstarting only healthy habits, we enjoyed a few days away from the stressors of everyday life. We ate healthy foods, moved our bodies with hikes and relaxed with loads of hot tub time!

Oh, yes - Eastern WA is something of a high desert :-) I plan to capture a post-retreat sync-up with one of the ladies and discuss what came of our time away.. stay tuned!
