Cup holders are behind the dash and the 981 Boxster is considered by most reviews (read motoring reviews published at launch) to be better than the same generation 911 991.

I was actually about to feature one but it got away! Shame really because that sacrifice to the 4 pot is rather controversial but forced induction means it does extract more of the chassis capabilities. We shall have to see!

Porsche 356.1 the great gran father of the Cayman had a mid engine in 1948 many years before the 911!!!

there`s nothing "compromised" about the cayman/boxster, at all! in fact, the mid-engine layout boxster/cayman has superior handling to the 911. if the boxster/cayman
were considered the "classic" porsche and it were more expensive than the 911, everyone would want a boxster/cayman instead of a 911, guaranteed.
