My next Push session is 2 days later and as a beginner I'm excited to try this out. Maybe I can throw some pushups into it as I'm strong enough to do 15 pushups. As a begginer, The Scapula Activation concept is quite new to me so I dont think I'll be as good as the yellow dude but progression is the thing thats matters the most. Thank you for making the journey so much easy to start. It really helps !
Thank you for your enthusiasm! It's wonderful to hear that you're excited about your next Push session. Remember, everyone begins somewhere, and what truly matters is your commitment to progressing. It's best to follow this workout, including the rest periods, and progress to the next level once it gets too easy. This way, you'll be able to track your progress effectively. Keep pushing yourself and celebrate every small victory along the way. We're delighted to be part of your fitness journey and here to support you every step of the way!
When I was a trainer, the first thing I had my clients do regardless of their fitness levels were calisthenics! Period. I was in the Army prior and knew the power of them, because they whipped us all into great shape and set a foundation for additional strength training with barbells. Learning to master the body as a unit is critical to overall wellness.🫡
If you're experiencing wrist pain while performing these exercises, you can invest in a pair of parallettes. They take a lot of load off your wrists. If you're overweight at the moment, I would suggest getting parallettes that are higher like Grav parallettes prime. This would let you perform movements like push-ups and hold planks with less effort, meaning you can focus on improving your form and not getting injured. @@yellowdude_co I'm doing it on de the wall every day (is it too much? Should I have a day without it?). 💪 Let's see in how much time I'll be able to descend to the floor!

Just can’t, make a level 0 video, pls
You can start off doing easier variations for each exercise. Try doing incline push-ups, or do them on your knees.
