I love this property so much. defiantly move the kitchen back to the other room and small sitting space. love the cantina great guess house option, you can do anything really. love that the bus stop is right there, love love nature walking is right there, love this one.
The cantina makes for a nice guest bedroom with a, probably, half bathroom, as for the kitchen, I would get rid of the small table and chair and build a counter space or even easier, a movable island, for the little food preparation that one would eventually do while on vacation, with so many nice places nearby, lunch and probably even diner, would be done out.....
I was thinking the exact same thing but I would take the wall down between the kitchen and dining room to make the kitchen bigger and use the dining room as a living room. You could put a fold down table for eating or what most of us do in Canada, eat from the coffee table while sitting on the sofa, watching TV. 😂 🇨🇦
@@carollogue8218 I agree with you, I used to do a lot of remodeling and building, but nowadays I try to make as little mess as possible and accommodate to what's already done, so I can start enjoying it immediately, particularly in a place like this that would be used part time. I rather "camouflage" imperfections with nice furniture and decoration....
