You knew this was going to be a good film starting with the melodramatic music here. The black 1956 Lincoln is one I could drool over. Bogie actually looks better here than in his previous film "The Desperate Hours". According to Rod Steiger he was in pain but wouldn't talk about it or interfere with his work.
