    Glad she mentioned shin.
    Absolutely gorgeous made in a slow cooker. If you haven’t had it, PLEASE try it - the intensity of the flavour is remarkable, the meat melts in the mouth, and the juices going into the sauce are delicious. I get it very cheaply from the butcher.

    anyone remember Butchers... not the meat counter? A real Butchers. When did they go out of fashion... far more important than talking about her hair or clothes, which are a pretty clear example of taste 30 years ago...

      @donglabong My town has only 16,000 inhabitants but there are four independent butcher shops just like the traditional ones you described. There used to be nine. But my point is they do still exist.
