A friendly suggestion. While grinding or doing other work where fine dust is produced, pls ensure you wear a proper nasal mask. This will save damage to your lungs in the long run. This maybe inconvenient while working but is a life saver. The fact most Doctors won't tell you is, when it comes to lungs(unlike heart or kidney) there's very little medical advancement and cure. Pls don't expose yourself to COPD or Fibrosis or asbestosis.
