- The High-Grade Hobby Hi-Zack [AOZ Re-Boot Ver.] was released as a Gundam Base Side F Exclusive but then made it's way to the US as a P-Bandai Exclusive and here are my thoughts on it!

Those tubes look like they're for PC watercooling rather than for power transmission. Brings home the hobby aspect look of the hobby hizack.
Haha ya, i run hardline tubing in my loop. It does kinda remind me of something like that.
A lot of people seem to be forgetting that this certain color is from Char's Counterattack
can't wait for more variants like ReZeon and Vanargand, I love AoZ so much. It'd be nice for the regular one to get a retail release but let's be realistic here.
I wish I would have watched your video before I ordered one. I will be waiting to see the new version of the Hobby Hi-Zack.
Oh i do hope a retail titans hizack is on rhe way using this as a base. Should look really good alongside the unicorn GMII.

You can actually pull the shoulder joint out further, its pretty tight so i recommend removing the whole arm and grabbing the joint itself with your fingernails and pulling it out, then reattaching the arm to pose it.
The engineering really surprised me, lots of hidden details like the pipes in the back of the knee that sorta folds in and the swing out hip joint, cant wait for the actual AOZ kits

I'm glad this cool remake wasn't left as is and will have AOZ Hi-Zack Custom coming our way! Even if it's in the dreaded P-Bandai form...
I was thinking of getting this to make into a Hizack Custom, but I didn’t want to commit to getting it until I knew that it wasn’t based on the original HGUC Hizack. But now that the Hizack Custom AoZ version is coming, there’s no need for me to get this other than to replicate a civilian’s attempt to recreate famous Zakus or make their own custom Hizack.
That is the most coolest colors on a Zaku I've ever seen. Hope everything's going well for you.

I just ordered this and can't wait for it to arrive! Curious what sort of topcoats and panel lining people went with for this? I usually stick to matte but I'm wondering if I should do gloss for the orange parts. Maybe a gray or brown panel lining?
Either way, I'm totally in love with this color scheme. I've been really happy with the unique Zaku colors we've been getting

The upcoming sniper version looks great, but I have a feeling that it won’t have any extra hands. It does look like they at least will change some details like added spikes on the shoulders and no cables on the sides of the legs and a great looking sniper rifle
You have to give credits to Fujioka Kenki, every mobile suit redesigned by him looks so menacing and the proportion are spot on too.
I passed on this one...well, it sold out on p-bandai in my country thanks to those scalpers. Definitely will pick up the up coming Hi-zack variant kit.

It kinda reminds me of the Gundam Rose from G Gundam. It almost has the same color scheme as well. Looks cool though.
the Hobby Hi-Zack is a civilian-use MS hence why it has not weapons and are bought by MS enthusiasts who treated it like a sports car, heck it is used in a sport called Mobile Suit racing in the U.C. timeline.

I recently got into gunpla about a month ago, and I like Zeon mobile suits... I hope I can get my hands on this kit later!

I find it funny how Bandai still thinks nobody knows about the hi-zack or the Pale Rider still or many other suits.
That are getting the P-Bandai stamp. Even though people know about these suits through games and people reviewing em. I understand it's business, but at the same time Bandai has to trust in the fans and the people that buy the kits. People are willing to buy these kits for a new experience and to customize and to even just have the kit as representation of the suit.
Actually, blame retail. They don't want to stock these kits thinking they won't sell, so Bandai has to put the P-Bandai label on it to get rid of stock. Of course, not that Bandai probably puts much effort into convincing them otherwise.

They could've add more hand options and a stand at the very least for that price.
so its a whole new mold not jsut a repaint of the old one, sounds like hopefully were gonna get a genral release of the basic zeta hizacks

it is odd that it has no accessories, riosangata riko zaku came with all of the accessories for the zaku even though it's never advertised with a weapon.
I really hope they reuse the joints and some parts from this to make a new retail non-AoZ Hi-Zack

Really rad kit i just can’t see spending 35-45 in the us for just the suit no accessories
Hopefully this means that we will get a normal hi-zack with a newer model

@@NovaSoldier it will be. Not even as a cynical thing, its just Brandon doesn't fully own the AOZ designs so the AOZ hi-zack can't be put in to a standard release.

Kind of a shame yeah, considering how nice the kit is engineered everywhere else 🫤
the slightly translucent orange to me just makes it look cheap. i agree that the overall color scheme is kinda obnoxious
This is only Zaku never go to the battlefield
The fact it was piloted by neo zeon it would of ended up recolored and used by remnants leading up to unicorn. Most likely will be a P-Bandai recolor with weapons.
@@TekkaSage what are you talking about about? Neo Zeon nor The Sleeves ever fielded Hobby Hizack's. They made use of the normal Hizack, Hizack Custom, and EWAC-Zack.
