Powder? This is a simple pancake batter (no egg) with scallions, shrimp, and other seafood mix (clams, oysters, squid) but only three usually and a little bit of each, half a cup or so total all together, and veggies like carrot and zucchini julienned, then a beaten egg poured over it before it’s flipped.
