Cayenne Seat Belt Replacement

We had a tear in the driver's side rear seat belt so we replace it in this video with a used one off of ebay. It's been working well with no issues but it does seem to have an odd design that I haven't seen on other belts. Thanks for watching, Please Like and Subscribe.

Seems its some device to take up the extra slack of a long seatbelt. I would bet the missing button is entwined in there somewhere. Great teardown video. Thanks

the metal piece is for baby car seats
if my memory serves me right it secure the baby seat better
you could remove it if you desire so .

Came to this video because I was trying to figure out that plate... I bought mine with the rear seat backs detached. I figured the plate tucked away or something..I assumed my belts were factory. I have the plates on both sides. If you ever figure it out let us know.
